Land
There is an opportunity to buy land through Korantina Homes. We give the client the option to choose from a variety of land plots in Peyia, St. George and the Coral Bay area. People can invest in land and build there at a later stage if they wish. Prices depend on the plot size and the area that is located.

Once land is bought, our team of architects can make the plot division drawings on the roads and on the green areas with priority given to the privacy and views of each plot. Then, multiple sample villa plans are prepared for each plot separately.

Clients who select a particular piece of land are taken to our architects where they can see sample designs of the villas they can have built on the plot. Clients can choose one of these designs, make changes or even create a new design from scratch. Once the plan is finalised and the specifications and price are agreed upon, the client is then ready to consult his solicitor and approve the paperwork.
