Future Projects - Mandoulis
The area where these projects are located is a very special one. In this area you can find the St. George
traditional church, a small picturesque harbor and fish restaurants. In this area the authorities allow only villas
to be built, not mezzonetes or apartments, in order to maintain the natural beauty of the area and to avoid
overcrowded residency. This area is also ideal for nature walking, swimming in the crystal clean sea, scuba
diving, and is considered ideal for its wonderful romantic sunsets. It is only 5 minutes drive from the Coral Bay
area and Peyia village.
In this project we build 2 to 6 bedroom villas.
